Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
Timing is crucial when placing your rental order. While the items you desire may currently be in stock, their availability is subject to change. It’s advisable to place your order early in your event planning journey. Doing so ensures you secure a stable, predetermined cost for each item, enables you to adhere to your budget, and ensures that you’ll have the desired items for your special occasion.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. We have worked: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, grand openings, family reunions, summer camps, and much more!
Setup and takedown services are available for events at an additional charge and should be arranged in advance.
Our tents can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, or asphalt. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Tents that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while tents that are setup on other surfaces are anchored with sandbags.
Chairs and tables can be set up indoors or outdoors as needed.
Rental Quotes may be provided in person, over the phone, or via email.
We accept all forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit and debit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Payment may be made in person, over the phone, or we can email a link for Cards.
